operating steps
-Place the substrate to be coated on a smooth paper
-Place the coating machine on the substrate according to the required gap depth
-Pour paint onto the front end of the coating machine in the direction of pulling
-Pull down at a uniform speed (about 25mm/second)
-After the coating is completed, immediately put the coating machine into diluted cleaning solvent and wash it with a brush
The film width of the 2040 quadrilateral coating machine is 60mm. If you need a wider coating requirement, you can choose 2041, and the coating width can reach 80mm.
